If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days after ordering, and we cannot resolve the problem for you or offer a suitable replacement, we will give you a full refund subject to the following conditions...

1. The software you have purchased does not work on your computer, or does not perform the specified functionality to a reasonable standard.
2. Your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements as specified on the product page.
3. You have taken reasonable steps to install and operate the software as per instructions supplied with the product, and/or advice given by tech-support.
4. You must supply us with proof of purchase, and make a formal request for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
5. You agree to uninstall the software from your computer and delete any copies at the time of your refund request.

Please read the software description and system requirements carefully. We cannot offer refunds on the basis of assumed functionality, or on features/usability not expressly mentioned in the product information. We take special care to provide accurate product descriptions, screenshots and features on each page, and we will answer any questions you may have prior to purchasing.

Due to the nature of downloadable software, we will only offer a refund or replacement if your case strictly adheres to the conditions outlined in this policy. We may offer a replacement product of similar value, or decline your request at our descretion, but we will do everything we reasonably can to offer a satisfactory solution.

We reserve the right to amend, alter or remove this policy without prior notice.
